U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chicago District Annual Wetland Regulatory Update
The Illinois Association of Environmental Professionals (IAEP) once again welcomes the USACE - Chicago District to present a regulatory update to IAEP members and guests. With the definition of the “Waters of the United States” in flux, it is time we hear from the USACE on its future plans for wetland regulation. This event is geared towards environmental consultants, attorneys, wetland specialists, engineers, and municipal, state, and federal agencies.

Cost: All IAEP Members: $85; Non-members: $115
Registration: Pre-registration is required
IAEP will provide a certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hours to event attendee within 3 weeks following this event. It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine if this course meets the requirements of professional development for each license and state of licensure for which the attendee is claiming continuing education credit.
Refunds are allowed with cancellation 48 hours prior to this seminar. Substitutes are permitted for corporate members.

Guest Speaker: Patrick VerHalen, Project Manager, Chicago District, USACE
Patrick is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and has approximately 18 years of experience in the environmental field, including consulting, construction and wetland regulation. Some of Patrick’s specialties include Hydric Soil Identification, Wetland Delineations, and Section 401/404 Permitting. Also, Patrick has previously served as a Board Member-at-Large with IAEP. |
