U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Update
The Trump Administration released a final rule on September 12 to repeal the 2015 “Waters of the U.S.” (WOTUS) definition and reinstate the pre-2015 WOTUS definition from 1986. Please join us to hear an annual wetlands update by the USACE regarding what has changed and how they plan on interpreting the Clean Water Act and 404 permitting for wetland and waters of the U.S. issues.
